Our Online 8 hour Traffic School class is a Certified Florida Defensive Driving School (DDS) course. Many Florida counties refer to this course on their paperwork by abbreviations including; the 8 Hour Basic DDS class, 8 hour Intermediate class, 8 hour DDS or 8 Hour DDC (8 hour Defensive Driving Course). Look carefully at your Court Papers - Never take this course if you are ordered to attend the Aggressive Driving or Driving While License Suspended Courses.
Our 8 Hour Traffic School online course is accepted in all Florida counties including Alachua, Bay, Brevard, Broward, Dade (Miami), Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Lee, Monroe, Orange (Orlando), Osceola, Palm Beach, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Seminole and Volusia Counties. Notice: A few counties (including Dade, Broward and Palm Beach) may allow you to take this online 8 Hour DDS course as an "Election" for a traffic ticket if you have already taken the 4 hour Basic Driver Improvement course in the last 12 months. Check with the county before you take this 8 hour driving course as an "Election".

8 Hour Traffic School Online Course Features
Our online course is designed to be as convenient as possible for the student. It is a 8 hour traffic school class, but you work at your own pace. You complete the readings in increments of time, according to your own schedule. Any time you sign out to take a break, the next time you logon, you are returned to the point where you left. You can even use a different computer to sign in the next time.
The TOTAL cost of our online 8 hour driving course is $49.95. It includes the course, all State of Florida fees, certificate processing and electronic delivery of your certificate to the email address you provide. There are NO HIDDEN FEES or Back End charges when you register! (Other Online schools charge you an additional $9.95 to email your certificate after you register.)
The online 8 hour traffic school (Intermediate Driver Improvement) class is divided into eighteen (18) modules. At the end of each module, there are a couple of simple review questions. (Hint - remember these answers or print them.) After you read through the materials and answer the module review questions, you take a final exam. The computer grades the exam and you will know immediately if you have passed. You need to get 80% or more correct to pass. If you do not pass, you will be able to retake the test immediately at no additional charge.
After successfully completing the online 8 hour driving course, your certificate will be e-mailed to you the next business day at No Extra Charge. We routinely process and email Certificates 2 times a day, Monday through Friday. When you receive it, simply print it on your own printer for the court.
Online 8 Hour Traffic School Class Registration and Access
Our online traffic school classes are simple to use. You log onto our virtual classroom web site and Register online via your normal Internet connection. Nothing special is required or needs to be downloaded. (See PC and Browser requirements.)
When you register for the 8 hour DDS online traffic school class, you choose your own password and username to gain immediate access to the course. You can return to the 8 hour Online Florida Traffic School as many times as you need to complete the class. You may complete the course in one sitting or login many times. You can sign in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any computer connected to the internet.
We encourage students to complete your final exam within 4-5 business days prior to your court due date so we can deliver the certificate to you and you have time to deliver it to the Traffic Court. This is especially necessary if you do not have an Email address and we have to "snail mail" your certificate via First Class US Postal Service. If you do not have a printer and the certificate needs to be rushed via FedEx, a "rush fee" may apply. In a real emergency, our National Call Center can complete and email your certificate within a couple hours notice!
