8 Hour Aggressive Driver Class
The 8 hour Aggressive Driver course is a Court Ordered Traffic School class and must be attended as a Traditional Classroom course "In Person" . (The 8 hour Intermediate Driver Improvement Class CAN NOT be substituted for this course.) Typical reasons students are required to take this Florida Traffic School course include:
Multiple traffic offenses where the Judge feels the Driver shows signs of aggressive driving
- Multiple speeding violations in a short period of time
- Received Citations for Street or Drag Racing
- Court Ordered as part of a sentencing judgment, often where the speeding violation exceeded 30 mph over the speed limit

Class Details
The 8 hour Aggressive Driver class is available each weekend in a Traditional Live Classroom course at either our Tampa Center or our Orlando location near the UCF Campus. A class is completed in one day on Saturdays. We also provide a class in our Tampa Education Center on alternate Thursdays each month.
Our 8 Hour Aggressive Driver course is Certified by the State of Florida. Your Completion Certificate will satisfy All Florida County Court Orders that require you to take the Aggressive Driver course including:
- Orange County
- Osceola County
- Seminole County
- Volusia County
- Brevard County
- Dade County
- Palm Beach County
- Lee County
Students need to pre-register for a weekend class no later 3:00 pm, Friday using our convenient online form.
Our classes are conducted in a relaxed seminar style format. The course is divided into multiple sessions and topics. While there is no test required to complete the class, students are encouraged and expected to actively participate in the seminar discussions in order to receive their Completion Certificate. One thing is guaranteed, students actually leave this class with a different perspective about the driving environment.
The 8 hour Aggressive Driver traffic school course enlightens students in discovering how individual personality traits, their attitudes towards the driving environment, stress, anger management, and time management all play a part in their driving behavior, causing them to be aggressive drivers.
The cost of this Traditional Classroom course is $80.00. It includes the course, classroom materials, all State of Florida fees, and your certificate. Your original Completion Certificate (for the Court) and a copy is provided at the end of the class, as well as a copies of your Court Papers for your records.

Benefits
Attendance in an 8 hour Aggressive Driver course is mandatory if you have been ordered by the Court. Upon successful completion of the class, students are able identify many of the causes for their aggressive driving tendencies and understand the financial costs associated with receiving Aggressive Driving citations. Failure to complete any Court Ordered class will result in your License being suspended.
